Hi Monica,
First pull request ready! A few things to maybe consider later - the existing PA dashboard has a rurality split but Iain wasn't able to track down this data. I'm also not 100% sure I've used the correct population for the deprivation function. I believe this is adults which to my understanding is 16+ in the Scottish Health Survey. However the existing tool has age groups of 5-15 and 19-64 so 16-18 year olds are missing. Let me know what you think! Thanks :)
