LAN Browsing

In version 1.6.0 and later, you can enable LAN browsing by opening Settings-Advanced-Enable LAN Browsing, which opens an http service on port 23786 of the local machine. This service simulates some functions of the LANraragi server, allowing manga on the local machine to be browsed within the LAN using the LANraragi plugin in Mihon.

• This service has only been tested on Mihon and LANraragi plugins for Android platform, support for other readers is unclear.
• Download Mihon from here.
• Follow instructions to install Mihon's LANraragi plugin from here.
• In the settings of the LANraragi plugin, enter the address of the http service, similar to http://192.168.1.42:23786, replacing 192.168.1.42 with your local IP address in the LAN.
• When prompted by a firewall warning, make sure to allow access. If the service does not work properly, check firewall rules.
• This service is intended for LAN browsing only, it was designed to allow only one client (including desktop and Android) to run at a time and cannot be used to provide external services.
• The service is minimally compatible with LANraragi plugins, no additional features will be added or modified unless they are critical issues
