This version brings with it several improvements to the initial release of xen fret.

  1. The Javascript localStorage API is now used to store data when using the ghcjs target. (#33)
  2. New scales, tunings, and temperaments can now be added in the UI. (#1, #3)
  3. Various UI improvements were added, including coloring the root note of the scale differently on the fretboard diagram (#20).
