Match pushed source, minor compatibility fixes and improvements to launcher.

Reckoning and Ground Zero build

Provides Q2Pro/64Bit compatible binaries courtesy of Yamagi Quake 2:

Also includes core Q2RTX flaregun and custom build modification of flashlight.
Last but not least, provides launcher for optimal ease of switching between game/expansions.

Reminder:
To play put pak0.pak from original and legit rogue/xatrix files into your q2rtx ones.

THIS PROVIDES CODE FUNCTIONALITY, IT DOES NOT ENABLE RTX FEATURES AS TEXTURES/MATERIALS/LIGHT SOURCES ARE NOT DEFINED IN THIS PACKAGE.

Update 20.06.19 01:16 - Fixed missing files, all downloads prior to that will not run new game on Reckoning.
