New tool that convert Names.dat file to CSV format and vice versa. This tool enables the modification of Names.dat file, which are used for generating the random combination all first names, last names, and nicknames within the game. With the ability to easily manage and edit character names and the index numbers of all names clearly identified, assigning names in the Hoods.txt file becomes a straightforward process. Thanks to @xnm3YQNfEx for analysis on the save file compression format #11.
