Dissolving

Dissolves clothes and armour worn by player or mob. Creative only, can't be received in survival.

This was partially cut out due to being too unbalanced. However, as one of my friends once said: "We'll meet again. Dunno where, dunno where, but I know we'll meet again some sunny day".
