Add more files to jupyter ignore
Trying to be consistent with what
python
version is used to run the "main"-modules. My personal opinion is that one should always runpython3 -m ....
as opposed to the executables, as its hard to know where they're picked up from when one has multiple envs on a computer. Also tried to have a consistent usage of
!some_command
in jupyter notebooks, and highlight the difference between this and bash.
