TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS
"Dataset" refers to the EmoTa dataset and all associated materials
"Academic Use" refers to research and educational purposes
"Commercial Use" refers to any use intended for commercial advantage
"License" refers to this EmoTa Academic-Commercial License (EACL)

2. ACADEMIC AND RESEARCH USE
This work is licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0 for academic use with additional terms:
a) You must complete the usage agreement form
b) You must provide attribution
c) You may not use the material for commercial purposes
d) You must maintain all copyright notices

3. COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use requires:
a) Separate paid license agreement
b) Written permission from the EmoTa team
c) Contact rtuthaya@cse.mrt.ac.lk for licensing

4. USAGE AGREEMENT
All users must:
a) Complete the provided usage agreement form
b) Receive approval before accessing the dataset
c) Maintain records of approved usage

5. ATTRIBUTION
For academic use, cite as:

6. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
The dataset is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically upon any breach of its terms.
