Client-Side Code for BP-Tracker Angular App

• This Angular 1.5 App is built using a 'component' architecture.
• Webpack is used to bundle/build/minify the client-side code.
• Satellizer is used to incorporate OAuth in order to pull in data from Google's Fit API.
• User signup/signin is managed using JSON Web Tokens.
• Data visualization is handled using Chartjs.
