507-final Pokemon Battle Simulator

Introduction

This github will contain files and code needed to run this Pokemon Battle simulator. This will take a random Pokemon for a Pokemon database and verse it with another Random Pokemon from the same databases. Pokemon Go types was scaped for type advantages and Pokemon.csv was used to Pokemon Information

Packages

1. Pandas (pip install pandas)

3. Requests (pip install requests)
4. Beautiful Soup (pip install bs4)

Interaction

All files needed to run the .py file are located here. Download all to the same directory. Visual Studio was used. 4 documents were used for this main.py (Where you can play) pokemon.csv (has information regarding all of the pokemon name, types, stats, and more type_advantage_scarper.py (code used to scrape website and create new csv) Strengths_weakness.csv (information scraped regarding pokemon types and weaknesses)
