This pr removes and replaces the body convenience init for ui button and replaces its usage with the secondary button from ui components. This ticket is related to https://govukverify.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/GOVUKAPP/boards/617?selectedIssue=GOVUKAPP-1055
