If for example the user forgot to fill in such a field an alert will be displayed as below (forgot the title field)
If the user tries to visit the link of the online meeting by clicking on the video conference button, there are three cases
- The date and time of the meeting still not arrived
- The date and time of the meeting is now
- The date and time already passed (Link Expired)
- 1 - Online meeting invitation email
The user can click on the "Click here" link to confirm their participation in the online meeting.
When the guest confirms its participation in the meeting, a notification appears in the dashboard of the meeting host
