On Fedora based distributions the Gem does not build properly as sources to OR-Tools are missing. I added these. However, OR-Tools builds for Fedora provided have all libraries in lib64 instead of lib directory, thus it is necessary to copy all files. If there are any other ways to solve this, I am happy to implement it.
