Adding this dependency is a preparation to #708. since updating to the latest NUnit version has a major breaking change.

In the end, the Analyzer helps with all the dirty work of transforming to constraint model

@KazuCocoa on second thought I might just use this NuGet locally to update the tests. So for now don't merge please
