Auto Start Py Program

Registry Editor -> Administartor Permission -> Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run -> Right click "New String Value" -> rename 'HttpSerialPy' -> value {fullPath of vbs file} -> restart computer
