Subscriptions

TNO provides a subscription service to users that enables them to access content by signing into the subscriber web application.

The Subscription solution has not yet been fully designed or implemented.

• Resolve all client issues related to accounts
• Authentication must be seamless and not interfere with user experience
• Legal - Users cannot login simultaneously using same account
• Issue new IDIR or non-IDIR accounts in 30 seconds
• Delete an account in 5 seconds
• Restore deleted account in 5 seconds
• Control session duration
• Log users out of their account
• Log into a client's account to resolve issues
• Create unlimited accounts with same email address
• Automate account deletion for set date/time
• Access all usernames and password for all clients
