add for -documentation and additional checking for “doesn’t colorize failing tests”
Required when running a compiled `lspec` binary, which skips the error handling in `lasso9`.
Account for the change in Lasso’s binary locations due to SIP since OS X 10.11, and use the current system’s default SDK.

Maintains compatibility with Lasso 9.2. Also has some spelling and grammar fixes and adds some additional self-testing.
The makefile now uses whatever macOS SDK is primary, to allow building to work out of the box.
