This PR consists of the following:

Upload of real output data from a PandABlocks IOC to version control ( Feat. @mrakitin )
Upgrade to use the latest build of Tiled and Bluesky which supports streamdatum importing.
- (or pulling from an extant PR to get that feature temporarily)
Ingest the data into the database and continue publishing tagged images for actual Tiled tests to pull down.
