Added AUTO_BAND feature and extended S_ERROR to include an error number for debugging purposes.
Syntax error corections
Need to find out why PCA9536 isn't responding.

This adds the auto-band capability for plug in modules using the PCS9536 I2C PIO. Tested and appears to be functioning as intended.
