updated the default.ainp.tmp file to the latest version, which allows

the implicit scheme more efficient than the old multigrid scheme. Usage:

NGRID=1 (multigrid not needed)

STSTCONV=3 (turn on implicit)

KSP_TOL, KSP_TOL_TURB=0.01 (convergence of the linear solver)
