Connected all settings pages to server so saving now works
- Some pages still need more form fields added (e.g. Ffmpeg), so I had to manually pass in the defaults. That code will get cleaned up when I finish adding all of the form fields for transcoding
Hooked up "Reset Settings" on each page to reset to defaults
Now grabbing defaults from the Setting Schema so we have one source of truth
