Sounds updates and removing unused features

Changes introduced for Sunday, 6/9/24.

Updated sound of the bell ringing to include a second bell hit to occur between 0 and 30ms after the main bell hit. This second bell hit will be at minimum volume regardless of what the volume control knob is set to. The point of this change was to reduce the sound of a conflicting tempo or pattern with the organ and create a fuller, more blended sound from the zimbelstern.

Examining the usage logs indicated that the SET feature for binding the zimbel piston to a piston on the organ console is never used, and will therefore be removed to keep the code as simple as possible. This resolves a bug (which could have been fixed without the removal of this feature) which would cancel the zimbelstern when switching between registration pistons.
