Plumage is licensed under the Apache Software License V2 (ASL V2) and the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 License (CC BY-SA 3.0) as further set out in this section.

All code is licensed under the ASL V2. For purposes of this paragraph, "code" includes but is not limited to:

1. Any source code files, regardless of the programming language(s), used (e.g., Python (.py), C# (.cs), Visual Basic (.vb), Java (.java), XSLT (.xsl) and/or XML (.xml));
2. Any associated configuration files; and
3. Any binary files derived in whole or in part from one or more other code files.

Documentation (Readme files, wiki pages, etc.) is licensed under the CC BY-SA 3.0. Any code examples included in the documentation can also be taken under the ASL V2.

Certain sample and test files have been obtained from the United Stated Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). No claim to copyright is made to any portion of these files. USPTO-generated data is the public domain as works of the United States government; some graphic data may be the property of the trademark owners.

I encourage anyone who uses this code in a project or product, or who modifies it or finds it useful in some other way, to please let me know. This is merely a request, though, and not a condition of the license.
