Project Description

This project was created in order to streamline the process of documentation of users in the field, minimizing the paperwork they are required to do while also making the storage and retrieval of this documentation more organised and more accessible. Our project also provides a means for administrative users to modify and review this documentation and provide analysis on the data within the database for users to consult for decisions.
