Translations related updates

Since I'll always forget some, especially on consumable addition, better list them all here:

1. every json files in Addicted.Translations archive + .xl file.
2. in scripts\Addicted\helpers\Translations.reds:
   • func Appellation
   • func ChemicalKey
3. in audioware.
4. in release.yml in bundle related matrix.
5. in scripts\Addicted\Helper.reds: func IsLanguageSupported.
6. in scripts/Addicted/helpers/Feeling.reds if adding new voice lines.
