• Instead of storing the domain for a security.txt in program_name, we store it in security_txt_domain
• Add source field: diosts-$version
• Add retrieval_url field with exact URL we got security.txt from
• Add last_updated field with a timestamp in UTC (with second precision)
• Split contact field in security.txt in contact_url and contact_email. Ignore anything that isn't http, https or mailto.
