-Fixed crash in mrvnrfs_chunks.predict caused by ANTsR commit ANTsX/ANTsR@cfdf5c0 (fix of which dim operator).
-Set reflaxis permanently to 0, instead of dynamic adaptation as before.
-Enable passing of scriptdir variable as argument for command line use
