Description
Removes unused interop definitions from PresentationFramework. Also removes
MessageWindowwhich was never instantiated, allowing for removal of addition interop definitions.Customer Impact
Decreased size of assemblies, better code quality of codebase for developers.

Local build, sample app run.
Risk
Low, all of the removed code shall be unused and self-contained definitions (that's important to check during review).
