King of the Hill
King of the Hill has poor gameplay when using the Happy Thoughts map.
Players can position themselves below the platform where the flag is located and still earn points.
With this change, this will no longer happen on the Happy Thoughts map.
(In all other maps, the functionality will remain the same.)
