These are the document that the class room has to create in order to accept the time in the lesson. This is to make sure that the class has deatils before getting started because it what a freshers needs before going in the course. But I am not the manager but the instrustor tand teacher please take my advise by completing this and printing out for him. I may or may not do it but that is the plan.
