v0.1.0 - ANI LaTeX Report Template

This is the first LaTeX version of the template for ANI reports. In this first copy, you can find the CLS that can be used for the interim reports and information about how generate the sample report.

To make it easier for people to contribute to this project, information has been added about how to add value through code improvements, development patterns, or even the addition of new templates (the template for the final report is still missing).
