Conversion of pingval's ruby script to C#.
I tried to keep the behavior the same so it's already familiar to people.
Instead of editing the source code directly, the settings can be changed by editing the "settings.json" file.

You can get the latest version from the releases. Just download the ff8-card-manip.zip
file and extract it.
For development, you need netcore 3.1 to build this.
After installing, just run the build.bat
file. Output will be in the bin\Release\net461\publish
folder.
