- Fix namespace issues
- Many other small bugs
- Getting close to R CMD check with no errors
- Still many documentation issues that have not gone through
* not what I would call utils ...
* since we need to suggest some packages
* but don't import functions from suggested packages * they're all prefixed with :: so not a problem anyway
* if we do want to use it then it needs to go inside /inst/
* not exported - that's for functiosns
* still broken
* these were being cleared by attempts to fix middleauth+ cloudvolume URLs post hoc * fafbseg 0.14.1.9100 solves the problem with middleauth urls
fixing up all conflicts
