This downloader script is 10x better than all the other methods. For the other methods, u need to borrow the book, download the acsm, download a tool to remove drm, remove the drm, convert to epub/pdf. And you will end up with a very low quality book due to the high compression done by the internet archive.
Using this script, just run it, it will borrow the book, download all the pages in the highest resolution possible, convert to pdf, and return the book for you. Very easy to do, and the quality will be much better at the end.
