php artisan serve
php artisan migrate
php artisan db:seed

[Pre-conditions]

must be logged in as admin
The reviewer should try adding a category, deleting a category

[Expected Output]

UI must be similar to wireframe

[Notes]

code is not yet robust so it can accept duplicate titles and it can accept invalid input from
admin
