I think minimum-stability option should be on project config, not bundle.

This PR propose to remove it.

dev-master version of Symfony or another package could be tested anyway on travis with a configuration like I submit on #393.

Ok I saw why you put this option, deps are broken without it.

Anyway, I add the prefer-stable option to get a proper dependencies definition.
