Improvements

Following improvements to new wizard:
- Populates default values for proto and bosh-env name for non-proto.
- Populates default values for vsphere cpi access from parent bosh.
Now detects inherited bosh_envs during genesis new

Bug Fixes

Fixes some typos and empty arrays in new wizard; also enforces minimum
entry counts for aws security groups (deployment would fail if they
are missing, but wizard allowed it)
Fixes the detection of multiple iaas or db features. Also correctly
detects and errors if no iaas feature specified.
Correctly determines if using create-env, and sets or prunes
genesis.bosh_env as appropriate.
Added missing TLS certificates for bbr and credhub uaa database access.

Removed references to registry that is no longer supported by upstream CPIs
