Used the gerund verb form for page and section titles and condensed Plugins, Preferences, FAQs, and Dev Resources to one section on Index

This page was outdated and was missed last time. It was a sub-landing page for task topics that is no longer needed. It is also removed from meson.build.

This PR includes some additional, minor updates that were discussed as still missing in #243 :
Updated the incorrect revision history entries from 0.3.1
Update titles to use gerund (-ing) verb for clarity and to make consistent.
Condense task completion topics to one page for delete/dismiss/mark as done. Added some missing information about using CTRL for multi-select and added notes about how to mark a task as done and undo that action.
Some restructuring on Index to incorporate these changes and pave the way for future larger restructuring.
The gtg-tasks.page file was not needed, it was an old secondary landing page that I marked as outdated last time and forgot to delete.
Updated meson.build for any page deletions and filename changes.
