Swiftype integration for Octopress

Installation

• Copy swiftype.html to source/_includes/custom/.
• Add {% include custom/swiftype.html %} at the start of source/_includes/custom/navigation.html.
• Add swiftype_key: *YOUR_SWIFTYPE_KEY* to _config.yml.
• Empty the simple_search key in _config.yml.
