Treescope refactoring: Reorganize, add more customization, hide implementation details.

Adds new CSS style customization helpers.
Renames the layout "tag" system to "layout mark" to reduce confusion.
Moves layout algorithms out of _internal.
Simplifies deferred rendering API.
Moves external library support to an external subdirectory.
Checks for a treescope_ndarray_adapter special method for array autovisualization.
Adjusts public interface for global type registries.
