Refactoring

1. New Toc Implementation (extracted from content and managed by vue)
2. Slides extracted from content and managed by vue
3. Layout updated to allow automatic sizing by Vue and css
4. Slides auto scrolling logic is symplified
5. Code is mostly prepared to break into files

New features:

1. Added sizer to Toc and Slides
2. Text autoscrolling
3. Click set new time
4. DblClick sets a new time and toggles video play

Side effects

2. Toggle play not implemented for youtube
