bibxml5 (3gpp) to relaton-data-3gpp mapping

run sh fetch.sh to fetch data from bibxml5 and relaton-data-3gpp
run ruby cli.rb to see mapping between bibxml5 and relaton-data-3gpp
run ruby cli.rb --missing to see missing data in relaton-data-3gpp (you will get empty output if there is nothing missing)
