Description & Motivation
Verilator is a popular open-source SystemVerilog simulator. This PR adds support for Verilator to ROHD Cosim, leveraging what's already available in GPI and cocotb.
This bumps the cocotb version to 1.9.2, and is tested with Verilator version v5.022. The version compatibility is finnicky.
