Proper solution for VS and built the DLL myself with VS

I managed to reproduce the project from scratch and add a proper solution file for Visual Studio so it is easier for people to edit and maintain.
I personally don't know if IMCSx is okay with this, but if he ever sees this, all credits goes to him, I merely made a .sln file for it.
