Scripts and data from the paper: "Loss of CD4+ T cell-intrinsic arginase 1 accelerates Th1 response kinetics and reduces lung pathology during influenza infection" in Immunity.

This repo contains:

  • arg1_analysis.R = Scripts for the microarray processing and GSEA analysis
  • labs.cls = phenotype labels for GSEA
  • stim_gsea.txt = normalised data of stimulated T cell populations used for GSEA
  • normalised_data.csv = normalised data of all populations
