JWS 5.7.8 release on UBI8

Updates in custom-modules/jws5-conffiles , relates to [JWS-2062]

* Remove custom-modules/jvm as we reference that from cct_module to pick up https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBEAP-26130
* Update jdk17-overrides.yaml accordingly for the above removal
