I am switching to calendar versioning to lessen the confusion due to the similarity with webtrees versions. In this release, the build tooling has been completely revamped, resulting in more thorough dependency management. This should resolve a lot of the issues regarding missing CSS styles.

• Incorporate changes from webtrees through 2.1.16
• Fix #18 - Margin not being applied to chart box thumbnail
• Fix #20 - Unstyled chart box in Favorites block
• Fix #21 - Pedigree map missing markers
