[WIP] [iOS] Re-Organize Customize Settings

Summary

The goal of this PR is to clean up the Customize Settings View. The goal is to make the order make more sense and add descriptions where things are not obvious. Now we have the LearnMoreButton I want to use that where longer descriptions are required.

The current version of this I have for on this PR is rough around the edges. I am making this PR to get some feedback on order and descriptions. Right now, my order is:

1. Home - First thing people see so first settings
2. Media/Libraries - Highest Level of content
3. Posters - Media/Libraries contain posters so the next step down
4. Filters - Similar level to Posters but the section is probably less often changed?
5. Items - Library > Poster > Item. So I felt this was a good top down approach

I'm open to feedback and want to make sure this makes the most sense moving forward. Once we lock down iOS, I want to have tvOS roughly mirror the layout.
