This pull request includes several changes to update version numbers, correct typos, and remove the utiles-wasm crate. The most important changes are summarized below:

Version Updates:

• Updated the version in Cargo.toml from 0.7.0-beta.4 to 0.7.0.
• Updated the thiserror dependency version from 2.0.9 to 2.0.10 in Cargo.toml.
