- Switch pynsist for installation to avoid bogus virus warnings
- The unfortunate side effect is this is now an 'installer' not 'single file executable'.
- Limit character lists to 3500
- Allow up to 2 spaces in a character name
- Switch to Github Actions build
- Version update re-enabled
